ZY-M Compact Pressure Transmitter

application

This transmitter uses a ceramic piezoresistive sensor. Simple structure, compact size, easy installation, suitable for gas and liquid media compatible with contact materials. It can measure gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and negative pressure.

Working principle

Corrosion resistant ceramicspressure transmitterThere is no transmission of liquid, and pressure directly acts on the front of the ceramic diaphragm, causing slight deformation of the diaphragm. Thick film resistors are printed on the back of the ceramic diaphragm and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge (closed bridge). Due to the piezoresistive effect of the varistor, the bridge generates a highly linear voltage signal that is proportional to the pressure and also proportional to the excitation voltage. The standard signal is calibrated as 2.0/3.0/3.3 mV/V according to different pressure ranges, which can be compatible with strain sensors. Through laser calibration, the sensor has high temperature stability and time stability. The sensor comes with temperature compensation of 0-70 ℃ and can directly contact most media.
