It can quickly and accurately collect relevant data of the internal combustion engine in real time, and generate P - φ indicator diagrams through data processing, thereby calculating key parameters such as cylinder pressure rise rate, fuel combustion heat release rate, and average cylinder temperature.

By using built-in sensors such as cylinder pressure sensors, charge amplifiers, angle sensors, etc., the compression pressure, combustion pressure, and corresponding crank phase analog signals of the internal combustion engine can be collected at high speed and accurately. These signals are then transmitted to the data acquisition card and converted into digital data for transmission to the PC industrial control computer. On a PC industrial computer, data processing is performed using the LabVIEW graphical programming language, including homogenization, smoothing, median filtering, etc., to ultimately generate an indicator diagram. Based on the dynamometer diagram, key parameters such as pressure rise rate, fuel combustion heat release rate, and average cylinder temperature of the internal combustion engine can be calculated.
