1、 Function
1. Adopting a time program controller and digital electronic appliances, it has functions such as monitoring, controlling temperature, humidity, and protection.

2、 Structural characteristics
1. The outer shell of this equipment is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is coated with electrostatic spraying technology, the inner liner is made of engineering plastic or stainless steel, and the insulation layer is formed by polyester foam. The transparent window uses double-layer hollow glass to ensure the insulation performance inside the box. There are cold and hot air ducts inside the box, and the gas circulation inside the box is smooth and the temperature is more uniform.
2. The temperature control system of the equipment utilizes advanced electronic circuits to achieve analog control. The PID method is used to comprehensively adjust various factors such as environmental temperature changes, power supply voltage fluctuations, and load changes. In addition, the heating execution system adopts "zero crossing" contactless switch circuit technology, thus achieving pulse width modulation heating and cooling, achieving the desired temperature control accuracy with a resolution of 0.1 ℃.

4、 Usage:
A、 Before use, please carefully read the instructions, familiarize yourself with the instrument and control panel, and use a megohmmeter to measure whether there is poor insulation or short circuit in the power supply, plug, and grounding.
B、 Power on: Insert the three pin plug into the power socket, set the power switch on the panel to the "on" position, and the LCD instrument panel will display normally. Then press the run/stop start button, and press the speed button to set the desired speed. Press the speed button to return, and the instrument will enter normal operation.
C、 Temperature setting method: Press the temperature button once to display the window, then press the up button to set the desired temperature, and then press the temperature button to return.
D、 Press the time key once to set the time window, which will flash. Then press the up key to set the desired time, and then press the time key again to return.
E、 Lighting button: Press the lighting button once, and the lights inside the box will turn on

If the temperature controller is intelligent, a separate temperature control manual should be attached.
Set the experimental temperature and humidity according to the temperature and humidity setting method. Once the temperature and humidity remain constant, the experiment can begin.

5、 Attention:
a) After the device lands, if the ground is uneven, it should be leveled with a cushion.
b) The movement of the equipment should be parallel, and the inclination angle in any direction should be less than 45 degrees.
c) When this device is operating normally, the placement of the contents inside the box should not affect air circulation to ensure uniform temperature and humidity inside the box.
d) The inner lining of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be wiped regularly to maintain cleanliness.
e) If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power cord should be disconnected to prevent the equipment from being charged and causing injury. And it should be operated regularly (usually once a quarter) for 2-3 days according to the usage conditions to remove moisture from electrical components and avoid damaging related devices.
f) If this device malfunctions, it should be repaired and resolved by * * personnel or the manufacturer.
