From high temperature to 90 ° C, it has higher solubility and separation efficiency. Each flowing FFF or SEC separation is a function of temperature, and a stable retention time can only be guaranteed when the temperature is not affected by laboratory temperature fluctuations. Obviously, temperature control also helps to comply with GLP requirements. The remote control can be implemented through conventional I/O and serial RS232 ports.
