Usage of collector mixer:

usage method:

1) Connect the power, prepare the cup, open the stainless steel container lid, place the cup in the middle of the stainless steel container, add thermal oil or silicone oil to the appropriate height, and place the stirrer into the cup solution. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light will turn on. Rotate the speed control potentiometer clockwise to increase the mixing speed from slow to fast. Adjust to the required speed.

2) When heating, connect the temperature sensor probe, clamp the probe on the bracket, and move the bracket so that the temperature sensor probe is inserted into the solution by no less than 5 centimeters, but it should not affect the stirring. Turn on the temperature control switch, set the desired temperature, and press the+and - buttons on the temperature controller to set the desired constant temperature. The numerical value displayed on the meter head is the actual temperature in the cup. The heating stops and the instrument automatically maintains a constant temperature. The instrument can continuously heat and maintain a constant temperature for a long time.

3) If there is a jumping phenomenon in the mixer during work, please turn off the power and turn it back on. Adjust the speed from slow to fast to restore normal operation..

matters needing attention:

1) To ensure your personal safety, please use a three-phase safety socket and ensure proper grounding when using it.

2) The instrument should be kept clean during use. If not in use for a long time, the power should be cut off and the switch should be turned off to avoid accidents.

3) Please do not turn on the temperature control switch when the stainless steel container is not filled with thermal oil and the temperature sensor is not connected, in order to avoid damage to the electric heating tube and thermostat.
