The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the communication protocols of State Grid Q/GDW 376 series, Southern Power Grid Marketing Automation System, Power DL/T 645 "Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol", State Grid Q/GDW series intelligent and related technical standards for energy meters, and a testing application program based on Windows operating system is written according to the terminal on-site workflow. And reserved relevant detection interfaces for easy configuration addition or upgrading according to new requirements at any time.
The entire instrument consists of functional testing modules, communication testing units, terminal online testing systems (software), and embedded industrial computers. It has a sophisticated structure and high integration, and is a non highly automated on-site detection instrument for various power management terminals.


Main features
1. The functions of each unit of the host are clear, and the main interface is a 7-inch large screen color LCD display with a Chinese interface that is concise, clear, and easy to operate. Touch screen operation, or button operation can be selected;
2. It can detect the centralized meter reading terminal concentrator, collector function interface, communication interface, and upstream and downstream channel performance online;
3. It can detect the multifunctional meter reading interface of the electric energy meter and the communication interface function of the intelligent electric energy meter online;
4. It can configure the functional interface, communication interface, and uplink/downlink channel performance of the State Grid dedicated transformer collection terminal;
5. The performance of functional interfaces, communication interfaces, and up and down channels for configuring the energy collection terminal, distribution transformer monitoring and metering terminal, and load management terminal of the Southern Power Grid plant station;
6. The testing items include: remote control interface, remote signaling interface, pulse interface, RS485 interface, RS232 interface, and optional expansion of most carrier communication interfaces, multi-functional interfaces, cost control function interface testing, etc;
7. The entire instrument has flexible functional configuration and can be applied to national grid standards, southern grid standards, and local standards respectively;
8. Optional extension functions;
a) The communication testing unit can flexibly configure communication protocols and related hardware according to user needs: GSM/GPRS/CDMA wireless public network, or 230MHz wireless private network, or low-power wireless, RS232, RS485, RJ45 wired network, various power line carriers, or Internet Ethernet, or Internet, or telephone PSTN, etc;
b) Online testing of the centralized meter reading terminal concentrator, collector, and intelligent energy meter interface of State Grid (or Southern Grid), supporting detection of multiple communication methods;
c) Communication method with the terminal: GSM/GPRS or RS232 or RS485 or receiving terminal information through the Internet;
d) RS232, RS485 or power line carrier communication, detecting the downstream channel function of the terminal;
e) GPRS or CDMA public network communication, detecting the uplink channel function of the terminal;
F) Support wireless private network communication method: 230MHz radio (optional communication equipment), detect terminal uplink channel function;
g) Support power line carrier communication mode: It can be configured with carrier communication modules from manufacturers such as Dingxin, Neusoft, Xiaocheng, and Riscon to test and verify the data carrier function of terminal meters (carrier modules are optional);
h) Configure network interface (RJ45);


Technical indicators
1. Functional interface indicators (specific projects shall be executed according to the contract agreement)
1) Remote signaling input interface test: 4 channels, expandable to 6 or 8 channels according to user requirements;
2) Remote control output interface test: 4 trips, 1 alarm;
3) Pulse input interface testing: 4 channels, expandable to 6 or 8 channels according to user requirements;
a) Continuous output mode: Continuous output mode refers to continuously outputting pulses according to the set pulse width and period;
b) Fixed number pulse mode: Fixed number output mode is to output according to the pre-set number of output pulses. When the output reaches the preset number, the output will automatically stop;
4) 485 interface test: 2 channels, expandable to 3 channels;
5) Expansion test interface: The expansion module can be easily and quickly replaced. In addition to the 2-channel remote signal input specified in Q/GDW375.2-2009, it also reserves 2-channel (remote signal/pulse optional) parallel input port measurement circuit, 1-channel 12V voltage measurement circuit, and 1-channel second signal measurement circuit. To adapt to the expansion of terminal functions;
2. Communication testing unit indicators
1) Public network communication adopts network mode, which can be GPRS or CDMA, and the indicators are based on the protocols of State Grid Corporation of China or China Southern Power Grid Corporation;
2) Configure the carrier module with indicators that comply with relevant technical agreements of State Grid Corporation of China or China Southern Power Grid Corporation;
3) Configure network interfaces with indicators that comply with relevant national technical standards;
