1. Double rotor upper and lower two-stage crushing
The two sets of rotors connected in series allow the material crushed by the hammer head of the upper rotor to be immediately crushed again by the hammer head of the lower rotor, which rotates rapidly. The materials in the inner cavity collide and crush each other at high speed, achieving the effect of hammer powder and material powder, and are directly discharged.
2. No sieve bottom, high humidity material, never clogging
Traditional crushers with grate screen plates are not suitable for raw materials with a moisture content higher than 8%. When the moisture content of the raw materials is higher than 10%, serious blockage is prone to occur, causing the hammer head to not rotate, the material to not be discharged, and even burning out the motor, seriously affecting production.
The design of this coal crusher does not have a sieve bottom and does not have strict requirements for the moisture content of the material. There is no problem of clogging the sieve plate, and there is no problem of fine powder not being discharged in a timely manner or repeated crushing. 3. Unique bidirectional gap adjustment technology
After the wear of the hammerhead, the gap between the hammerhead and the lining plate becomes larger and the particle size becomes coarser. Operating procedures for coal pulverizer

A momentary oversight can lead to a major disaster, so the correct operation of the coal crusher should not be underestimated. The operating procedures for coal crushers are essential for every operator to master. Proper operation of coal crushers can reduce equipment failure rates and extend their service life.
1. Preparation before startup
(1) Check if there is sufficient lubricating oil inside the bearing.
(2) Check whether the fixing screws of the bearing seat, lining plate, corner screws and other fasteners are completely tightened.
(3) Check if there are any debris inside the body.
(4) Add a iron remover before feeding.
2. Start up of coal crusher
(1) After checking that all parts of the machine and transmission are in normal condition, it can be started.
(2) Adjust the direction of rotation according to the arrow markings on the body.
(3) If there is any abnormal sound or other abnormal situation after starting, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and the abnormal situation should be eliminated before restarting.
3. Precautions for using coal crusher
(1) The coal crusher can only be fed after running normally for thirty minutes without any abnormal conditions. It is strictly prohibited to start the coal crusher with material before it is in operation. If the feeding system is operated incorrectly and materials enter the coal crusher chamber that has not been started, the chamber must be cleaned before starting. Otherwise, it is possible to burn out electrical appliances and motors.
(2) The crushed material must be evenly added, not too much or too little, and must be distributed throughout the entire length of the rotor working part. The inlet material of the 800 × 600 type machine should not exceed 150mm, and the flow rate should be controlled within 50-70 tons per hour. The 600 × 400 machine should not exceed 100mm, and the flow rate should be controlled within 15-25 tons per hour. It is strictly prohibited for foreign objects such as iron blocks to enter the machine body.
(3) If the material is too wet and sticky, the material adhered to the inner wall of the machine should be cleaned in a timely manner. It is recommended to use dry slag material to wash it intermittently during production.
(4) Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing should be within the range of 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. If it exceeds 70 ℃, the vehicle should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and eliminated.
(5) Before stopping the machine, the feeding work should be stopped first, and the material in the coal crusher chamber should be completely discharged before stopping the machine.
