Overview

The clinical laboratory equipment Helicobacter pylori detector carbon-14 is an instrument used by medical institutions to detect Helicobacter pylori infection in the human stomach. After oral administration of urea [14C] capsules, if Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is present in the stomach of the subject, the urease produced by Hp will decompose urea into 14CO2. By using the LZS-HP-200 series Helicobacter pylori detector to detect the amount of [14C] in exhaled gas, it is possible to diagnose whether the patient is infected with Helicobacter pylori.

Product Details

Clinical laboratory equipment Helicobacter pylori detector carbon-14It is a Gram negative Helicobacter pylori that parasitizes the human gastric mucosa. In 1983, Marshall et al. cultured Helicobacter pylori (Hp) from human gastric mucosal tissue and believed that this bacterium is a pathogenic bacterium that causes chronic gastritis and peptic ulcers. It can survive in high levels of stomach acid, not only wrapping around the gastric mucosa, but even crossing the protective barrier of the stomach, causing lesions in the stomach.

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is the main culprit of peptic ulcers (gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers) and chronic active gastritis, and it has been listed as a Group I carcinogen by the World Health Organization (WHO).

The product mainly has the following technical features:

1) Measurement system infrared light source: This instrument uses an imported infrared light source, which emits stable light and can work continuously for 30000 hours.

2) Detector: Infrared spectroscopy 13CO2/12CO2 detector, high precision, high selectivity, with a long service life of more than 10 years. Featuring low noise, low power consumption, high sensitivity, and automatic temperature compensation, specifically designed for gas detection.

3) Working modes: independent working mode and with computer mode.

4) Precision: δ sd not exceeding 0.3 ‰, C.V. not exceeding ± 2%.

5) Stability: Measured within 8 hours, C.V. does not exceed ± 2%.

6) Analysis speed: Sample analysis time is less than 3 minutes per pair of samples.

7) Repeatability: δ sd should not exceed 0.3 ‰.

8) Can connect and continuously test 10 airbag samples at once, and can print Chinese test reports uniformly or separately.
