Product Introduction:

This unit is mainly used for the production of unidirectional stretch polyethylene plastic film (stretch film, wrapping film) and cling film. It consists of three parts: main engine, auxiliary engine, and electrical control.

Main features:

1、TThe mold head adopts a special double flow design, which makes the thickness of the film material more accurate. (Or use Jingcheng mold)

2The host adopts advanced foreign host swing film release method, which makes the product roll tighter, more evenly and smoothly. Can be comparable to similar foreign products.

3The screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing ability design, which ensures the melting of material particles, uniform color, and increased extrusion capacity.

4The temperature control adopts an advanced automatic control system, which can accurately control the plasticization process, adjust the thickness and flatness of the film material.
5The thickness control of the film material adopts screw adjustment and variable frequency speed regulation traction, which can accurately control the thickness of the film.
6Cooling roller diameter370mmAnd a dual circuit cooling system, combined with a microcomputer mold control machine to accurately control the temperature of the cooling roller, making the film material flat and evenly thick.
