1、 Product Introduction:
This instrument is suitable for use according to Chinese standardsThe methods specified in GB/T3536 "Determination of Flash Point and Ignition Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)", Chinese Industry Standard JTJ052 Highway Code T0611 "Asphalt Flash Point and Ignition Point Test (Cleveland Open Cup Method)", T0633 "Liquid Petroleum Asphalt Flash Point Test (Tiger Open Cup Method)" are used to determine the flash point and ignition point of petroleum products and asphalt, except for fuel oil and those with an open flash point below 79 ℃.
2、 Technical parameters:
1.working power supply:AC220V±10%,50Hz。
2.heating device:Quartz tube electric furnace heating, explosion-proof, power0~600W continuously adjustable.
3. Scanning device: automatic scanning
4. Temperature gauge: 0~300 ℃, with a division of 2 ℃, in accordance with the technical specifications of GB/T514 for liquid thermometers used in petroleum product testing.
5. Ignition device: (1) Ignition source: Gas (or other civilian combustible gas, the same below);
(2) Nozzle aperture: 0.6～0.8 millimeters.
