Overview
The measurement of flow rate using a sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter is not affected by changes in density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity of the flow rate. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy. The sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter measures the pipeline without any obstruction, so there is no additional pressure loss. There are no movable parts in the measurement pipeline, so the sensor has a long lifespan. The straight pipe section required for the sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter sensor is relatively short, making it easy to install. Only the inner lining and electrode of the sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter sensor are in contact with the measured liquid. As long as the electrode and inner lining materials are selected reasonably, they can resist corrosion and wear. The bidirectional measurement system can measure positive and negative flow rates.
