Cisco TelePresence ® The server provides innovative solutions for immersive virtual reality experiences, whether within the enterprise or on mobile devices. On the basis of widely supporting multiple types of terminal devices, Cisco Telepresence servers provide predictable and smooth conference results for every participant. The Cisco Telepresence Server MSE 8710 (Cisco TS MSE 8710) is a board that runs in the Cisco Telecom grade Telepresence Service Engine MSE 8000 series chassis (Figure 1).

Cisco Telepresence servers provide high-quality Full HD (HD) Telepresence conferencing and collaboration capabilities. Specially designed to fully showcase the advantages of immersive conference experiences, Cisco Telepresence servers provide predictable and reliable high-quality video and content sharing capabilities.
Regardless of the type of terminal device used, users can enjoy an immersive conference experience. With optimized image presentation for meeting rooms, desktop devices, and mobile devices such as Cisco Jabber running on Apple iPad tablets, Cisco Telepresence servers can provide any to any virtual conferencing experience. Each participant can further enhance their meeting experience through specially designed screen layouts.
Cisco ActivePresence for Cisco Telepresence Server ® As a leading feature in the industry (patent application pending), it utilizes next-generation multi-point conference technology to display all attendees and highlight speakers in multi-point virtual conferences. When the speaker's image occupies most of the screen, the images of all other attendees will be overlaid and displayed at the bottom third of the screen. And this natural way of viewing images allows all participants to have the experience of sitting around a virtual conference table (Figure 2).
