Overview
LCG-1010XYF is a non-contact online detection device that integrates high-precision laser scanning measurement and intelligent defect analysis functions for detecting the outer diameter and surface defects of circular, tubular, and linear objects. Its application scope is very wide, mainly concentrated in industries that require 100% online quality control of the diameter and surface defects of circular, tubular, and linear objects.
Product Details
By using a CCD telecentric optical imaging system, the outer contour of the target object can be sampled more quickly, with a sampling frequency of up to 10KHz. High speed sampling frequency combined with high-performance DSP processor ensures stable data processing. Wire traveling at high speeds can also be accurately detected without fear of wire shaking, and can simultaneously achieve detection of wire outer diameter size and surface roughness particle defects.
