Circular gear flowmeter

Gear flow transmitter is a volumetric flow transmitter. A high-precision transmitter for measuring volumetric flow rate, with the flow of the medium causing the gears to mesh and rotate, creates a pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the instrument under the action of fluid flow, without the need for power supply. A pair of gears rotate freely, and the cavity between them is filled with liquid, which is discharged as it rotates. By measuring the number of revolutions of the gears, the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined.
