Overview

Thin film diffusion gradient (DGT) technology is a widely used passive sampling technique developed in the past 30 years. Zhigan Environment has 13 years of experience in DGT technology development and has successfully launched 4 series and over 30 DGT products. The DGT products of Zhigan Environment have been widely used in the field of soil and water environment detection and exported to 14 countries and regions around the world, breaking the 20-year technological monopoly of European and American companies worldwide. Circular DGT sampling device for in-situ sampling of thin film diffusion gradient

The Zhigan Environment team has been deeply involved in the research and development of environmental monitoring technology, accumulating 15 years of experience in DGT technology research and development. With a strong technical foundation, they have successfully launched 4 series, totaling more than 30 DGT products. Among them, thin film diffusion gradient technology (DGT) is the core technology, and its working principle is based on free diffusion, which can obtain the diffusion flux, (biological) effective state content, and solid-liquid exchange kinetics information of target ions in various environmental media such as soil, water, and sediment. The DGT device has a clever structure, consisting of a fixed layer and a diffusion layer stacked together. The diffusion layer includes a diffusion membrane and a filter membrane. When the target ion passes through the diffusion layer, it is immediately captured by the fixed membrane and forms a linear gradient distribution in the diffusion layer. Subsequently, based on Fick's first law, the effective state concentration (C) can be accurately calculatedDGT)To provide accurate data for environmental science research and pollution monitoring.
