The Chroma 8000 battery module automatic testing system module automatic detection system solution is designed to inspect the consistency of production process assembly welding and individual units. This system is applied to the automation testing of semi-finished battery modules, which belongs to comprehensive pass/fail (PASS/FAIL) testing. Its application scope includes battery modules for electric vehicles and energy storage systems.
The main features and specifications of the testing plan are as follows:
*For the testing and verification of battery module production end (Pass/Tail) use
*Detecting the accuracy of voltage/temperature measurement of battery module BMS
*Detect the consistency distribution of cell voltage/DC resistance (DCIR)/AC internal resistance (ACIR)/temperature for each string of batteries
*Capable of producing customized battery module connection fixtures and automatic control switching capabilities
*Charging and discharging power range: 2.5kW~50kW
*Charging and discharging voltage/current range: 0V~200V/0A~2600A
