Chroma 63600 series DC electronic load
The Chroma 63600 series DC electronic loads are mainly used for testing A/D power supplies, D/D converters, chargers, batteries, server power supplies, and some power electronic components. In addition, Chroma 63600 can demonstrate its excellent performance for R&D departments, product mass production, and some incoming inspection applications.
Chroma 63600 has developed a pioneering constant impedance (CZ) operating mode using new DSP technology, which can simulate the actual load conditions of nonlinear loads.
The Chroma 63600 series can load its rated current at low voltage (0.4V). This feature still maintains its optimal load capacity in Point of Load D/D testing and fuel cell testing.
The Chroma 63600 series can simulate a wide range of dynamic load applications through programmable pull current levels, current ramp/drop rates, duration, and Von point voltage functions. The 63600 also has an automatic variable frequency dynamic scanning function (i.e. load simulation at different frequencies) to meet the needs of ATX power supplies. Furthermore, it also provides a storage function for 100 sets and can call the user's stored settings at any time. In automated testing, this storage and calling function can shorten testing time.
The Chroma 63600 integrates real-time and accurate voltage and current measurement functions, with each module having three levels and a resolution of up to 16 bits. Users can perform real-time voltage measurement and adjustment online, and also use the buttons on the front panel for short-circuit simulation testing.
Through the VFD display and knobs on the front panel, simple operations and settings can be made on the 63600 series electronic load, making it even more convenientRemote control is achieved through interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, and GPIB.
The Chroma 63600 also includes routine self diagnostic functions, as well as protection and overvoltage alarms for over power, over current, and over temperature. In addition, it provides an alarm for positive and negative polarity reversal. This comprehensive protection function ensures the quality and reliability of the Chroma 63600 series.
