Chroma 5102
Chroma 5102 is a fully automated testing line for LED bulbs, using a unique and innovative measurement method. It uses a single crystalline silicon solar cell as the light detector and is appropriately covered around the LED bulb. By utilizing the photoelectric conversion principle of the solar panel and the relatively large area and low cost of the solar panel, it not only significantly reduces the size of the measuring equipment, but also greatly improves the testing speed. The loading and unloading time of each LED bulb can be completed in 5 seconds. In addition, the photoelectric testing time can achieve high-speed testing performance of testing one bulb every 6 minutes.
In addition, this automated testing line can also be equipped with various working modules to assist with various measurement and production purposes. For measuring the steady-state of the light bulb, a pre burn module is selected. For measuring directional lights, a center beam test module can be added. For printing labels or logos on the light bulb after testing, a laser printing installation device can be used.
