After spraying and repairing the leakage of the tank body, a certain amount of bumps should be formed. 4. Controlled extension air supply: Insufficient air supply can affect the production of zinc vapor, while excessive air supply not only dilutes the furnace gas but also creates an oxidizing atmosphere inside the tank. Impurities such as Fe and Cu in the furnace charge will be oxidized into low-priced metal oxides.

The reaction of the furnace material with fast feeding is insufficient, and the hardness of the ore balls is high, which exacerbates the wear of the tank body. Therefore, the addition and discharge of materials should be controlled to ensure stable unloading in the tank.
