Characteristics of dual axis blade dryerIt is a low-speed stirring dryer with conduction heating. A jacket is installed on the dryer cylinder, and a hollow blade is installed on the hollow shaft. A heat carrier is introduced into it, and the wet material undergoes sufficient heat exchange between the cylinder and the blade surface under the stirring of the stirring blade, in order to achieve the drying purpose. The structural form is generally horizontal, double axis or four axis. The blade has self-cleaning ability, which can improve the heat transfer effect of the blade. The dispersing force generated by the combined motion of the inclined surface of the rotating blade and the particle or powder layer automatically removes the sludge attached to the heating slope, and the blade maintains efficient heat transfer function.
Characteristics of dual axis blade dryerRelative meshing rotation, the special blade structure ensures that the heat exchange surfaces on both sides of the hollow blade are in full contact with the material, causing the material to be squeezed and relaxed between the blade shafts. The heat exchange surface has self-cleaning function, and the relative motion between the material particles and the hollow stirring blade surface produces a washing effect, which can wash away the material attached to the blade surface and keep the rotating shaft clean during operation.

According to the different heat exchange media, there are two types: steam (saturated steam or superheated steam) type and liquid (hot water, heat transfer oil, heat medium, refrigerant, softened cold water or chilled water) type. They can be operated continuously or intermittently, and the heat exchange medium (steam, heat transfer oil or water) is always separated from the product.
