Working principle explanation of Changzhou belt dryer:
The materials to be processed are distributed on a conveyor belt through appropriate feeding mechanisms (such as star shaped feeders, swinging belts, crushers, or granulators). The conveyor belt is composed of one or several heating units, each equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. As the conveyor belt passes, hot air passes through the materials from top to bottom or from bottom to top, allowing the materials to dry evenly.

1. Initial moisture content of the material: 40-50%; Moisture content of materials after drying: about 17-20%
2. Dry yield: 800 kg/H (9000KG/20H)
3. Heating method: steam heating, using a radiator centralized heating system, temperature uniformity must be controlled within ± 6 ℃.
4. Conveyor device: Double pitch stainless steel station plate chain is used to prevent semi-finished melon seeds from falling onto the chain or into the crevices that are difficult to clean. The motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation.
5. Equipment size: The length of the feeding section and cooling section should not exceed 33 meters, and two units can be arranged within a width of 8 meters.
6. Mesh belt material: Choose the appropriate mesh belt or orifice plate mesh size according to the actual situation of the material. The mesh belt or orifice plate material meets the relevant requirements of GMP and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and small thermal deformation.
