The fan filter unit is a self powered air supply and filtration device, also known as the Fan Filter Unit in English. It is a modular end air supply device with filtering function. The fan filter unit sucks in air from the top and filters it through HEPA. The filtered clean air is distributed throughout the entire air outlet surface
Most FFU fan filter units are made of imported environmentally friendly aluminum zinc coated plates, which are corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and sturdy. The box adopts a segmented proportional point design, and the FFU fan filter unit is beautiful and elegant. The ultra-thin body thickness is only 23cm, and the total thickness of the high-efficiency filter does not exceed 30cm. The weight is only 24kg, which saves space, facilitates construction, installation, and daily maintenance. The FFU fan filter unit has obvious energy-saving effects, ultra-low noise, uniform wind pressure diffusion, uniform and stable wind speed on the outlet surface, low power consumption, low operating costs, and a working life of more than 50000 hours.
The control of the FFU fan filter unit adopts the non-contact induction three-level speed regulation developed by its company, and the circuit is controlled by electrical switches for safe and stable control. Flexible and diversified configuration: In addition to standard models, non-standard products of different specifications can be produced according to customer needs. For example, changes in duct connection flanges, filter screens, and box materials. The humanized design unit is equipped with stainless steel handles, making transportation and installation more convenient and efficient.

After CFD simulation optimization of the internal structure of the FFU box, the smoothness of the airflow is increased, energy consumption, noise, and air uniformity are reduced, further improving the overall efficiency of the machine. The three structures of air duct, box height, and air guide ring have a significant impact on the performance of FFU. Compared to the air inlet of a regular FFU, we adopt a curved swept air guide ring design to ensure smooth airflow and reduce air loss. We have adopted a design with equal cross-sectional length and multiple air ducts to effectively eliminate phenomena such as vortices and backflow, allowing the airflow to flow out evenly and effectively, while reducing pressure and energy losses. In order to provide sufficient space for the flow pressure of the fan to quickly convert into static pressure, we have also taken measures to increase the height of the box for some models, which not only increases the uniformity of the air outlet but also achieves higher static pressure and efficiency.
