During vibration aging, the workpiece is subjected to a large alternating dynamic stress, which is combined with residual stress. After reaching a certain value, plastic deformation occurs at the stress concentration point, exceeding the yield limit and reducing the residual stress at that location, effectively preventing stress deformation.

1. For beam type components, four rubber pads can be placed at the length from the end of the workpiece, with the exciter clamped in the middle or one end and the sensor attached to the other end

⑵ Beam components must meet the following conditions simultaneously:

3. When the length ≈ width ≈ height of the workpiece, it is considered to belong to the category of square parts. The rubber pad can adopt a three-point support method, with the exciter placed at the end of the single fulcrum side or in the middle of the workpiece top surface, and the sensor placed at the other end

4. When the workpiece is a circular ring, the rubber pads are supported by four or three symmetrical supports at the bottom of the ring, the exciter is sandwiched between two rubber pads, and the sensor is placed between the other two rubber pads. Manager Guo

5. When the workpiece is a shaft type component, it should be supported as a beam type component. If the rigidity of the shaft is poor, suspension can be used for processing.

6. When the workpiece is small, a vibration platform can be used for centralized processing.
