1、 Purpose: The manual hydraulic tablet making machine is a sample making equipment that is easy to operate, maintain, and safe to use. It is suitable for experimental sample making in laboratories of industries such as ceramics, building materials, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. There are options such as 5 tons, 10 tons, 20 tons, 30 tons, etc.

2、 Instructions for use:

1. Equipped with various molds and accessories, it has the function of multi-purpose and is safe and reliable.

2. A pressure gauge with corresponding pressure can be installed at the oil cylinder (hydraulic jack); Assemble the compression mold and add sample powder, then place it in a fixed position on the tablet press frame for compression.

When the compression pressure pointer of the pressure gauge points to the corresponding pressure, the "relief screw" can be loosened to automatically relieve pressure and fall back. After unloading, tighten the "unloading screw", pick up the mold of the compressed powder, remove and reverse the lower mold, and place the mold back in the fixed position of the frame for secondary pressing (i.e. demolding pressing)

When the compression pressure pointer of the pressure gauge points to 5-10Mpa, the "relief screw" can be loosened, the mold can be removed, and the sample can be taken out from the lower mold.
