Usage:
This ceramic crucible furnace is a funnel-shaped crucible placed inside the furnace, and the prepared crucible material is directly poured into the crucible from the top. There is a circular hole flow port at the bottom of the crucible, which is sealed and connected to the flow hole at the bottom of the crucible by a long plug rod. Heating with electricity, the plug rod is in a downward pressure state (under its own gravity) during heating, and is in sealed contact with the flow hole to ensure that there is no leakage during the heating process. After heating is complete, pull the stopper upwards and start feeding. On the contrary, if the stopper is released, the flow of material will stop; If different flow rates are required, a set of short plugs and long plugs with different diameters can be used to control them. When the temperature rises to the specified temperature, the melt becomes molten and automatically flows into the container below through the flow hole (there is a hole at the bottom of the crucible). When replacing the crucible, the lifting platform can be lowered for easy replacement.
