1、 Overview:
The TZY ceramic tile comprehensive measuring instrument is used to measure the size and shape characteristics of various wall tiles and floor tiles. Its measured parameters include several indicators such as the straightness, perpendicularity, and flatness of the tiles. When measuring, it is only necessary to place the test piece once to quickly and accurately measure the data of the six indicators mentioned above.
This product complies with the ceramic tile standard, GB/T3810.2-2016 "Ceramic Bricks - Inspection of Dimensions and Surface Quality". It is an ideal testing instrument for ceramic tile manufacturers and quality inspection departments.

3、 Principle and structure:
This instrument consists of a supporting plate, a movable left support, and a right support, forming a Cartesian coordinate system. On the flat plate, there are three equally high support pins with a shape similar to ceramic tiles and a standard plate with ideal dimensions for detection. Adjust the instrument value to the appropriate position and record the reading. Then, replacing the standard plate with the tested ceramic tiles, six indicator parameters were measured separately without moving the measuring points. The left and right supports, as well as the center measuring support, can move parallel on a flat plate to form spatial coordinates at different positions, in order to adapt to the measurement of ceramic tiles of different specifications and sizes.
