Usage Overview:

This series of resistance furnaces is a periodic operation type designed for use in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, and universities for sintering metal and ceramic materials, heat treatment of certain single crystals, detection and research of high-temperature re firing shrinkage of refractory materials, and heating for general small steel parts during quenching, annealing, tempering, and other heat treatments.

Product features:

1. The furnace adopts a fully ceramic fiber structure, which is lightweight, has a small heat capacity, and has low empty furnace losses, saving more than 70% energy.

2. The heating rate is fast and adjustable. It usually takes 15-30 minutes to rise from room temperature to 1000 ℃.

3. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate and treated with surface spraying technology. The furnace door adopts a side opening structure, which is flexible to open and close, and has a power-off device for opening and closing, ensuring safe use in all aspects.

4. The control system adopts high-precision P.I.D intelligent instruments, which have self-tuning, temperature error correction, timing, over temperature alarm, good temperature control stability, and high accuracy. The control circuit adopts contactless technology, which has the characteristics of no noise and high reliability.
