1. There are three windows on the left panel of the machine, which refer to the mixing speed, temperature, and time. Set the speed/temperature/time using only the arrow keys on the right, and after setting, the machine will start working at the set value.

2. There is a "mixer" button on the right. Press the key to start stirring. The AT key is a shift key. You can ignore the setting key.

3. The timer runs from 0 to 99 minutes, with 0 indicating continuous operation.
