Product Introduction:
The MVR centrifugal steam compressor adopts an integral modular structure. The main body is composed of a compressor (stator components, rotating components, seals, etc.), a gearbox, a drive system (variable frequency motor+coupling and its cover), a lubricating oil circuit and base system, etc.
Designed using the world-renowned Agile turbomachinery software from CN Corporation in the United States, and carefully crafted by industry experts, the rear curved ternary flow impeller has been analyzed using fully viscous CFD to ensure high compressor efficiency and a wide operating range.
Using internationally advanced rotor dynamics and bearing design software DyRoBeS, finite element design analysis software is used to comprehensively analyze the strength, stiffness, mode, thermal stress, and other aspects of the core component impeller to ensure long-term stable operation of the rotor.
Based on customized design for users, ensure that each project works with higher efficiency.
The MVR system has a wide range of applications, mainly in the petrochemical industry, juice concentration, food fermentation, beverage industry, biopharmaceuticals, seawater desalination, and high concentration inorganic/organic salt wastewater treatment.
When selecting, first determine the inlet evaporation temperature of the compressor, determine the 1-ton evaporation volume flow rate from the evaporation temperature, and then convert it to the inlet volume flow rate. Based on the volume flow rate, select the corresponding model from the model chart.
The inlet evaporation temperature of the standard model is 85 ℃, and the volumetric flow rate of 1 ton of evaporation obtained from the chart is 47.8 m3/min.
If the evaporation temperature is 100 ℃, the volumetric flow rate of 1 ton of evaporation obtained from the chart is 28.3m3/min. The processing capacity is 5 tons/hour, corresponding to a compressor inlet flow rate of 5 × 28.3=141.5m3/min, corresponding to the standard model KCV125-100/xx1.
