Product description: The experimental large-scale spray dryer ZQ-5L independently developed and produced by Shanghai Zhengqiao Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. is mainly applicable to the production of micro particle powders in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises. It has a broad spectrum of applicability to all solutions such as emulsion and suspension, and is suitable for drying heat sensitive substances such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed materials are only exposed to high temperature when sprayed into aerosol particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.

Main features:

The working principle of this machine is that after the air passes through the filter and heating device, it enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air through the hot air distributor enters the drying chamber evenly and rotates in a spiral shape. At the same time, the feed liquid is sent to the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber. The feed liquid is sprayed into performance fog droplets, which greatly increases the surface area of the feed liquid and the hot air, quickly evaporates and dries the finished product in a very short time. The coarser finished products are collected by the collection cylinder at the bottom of the dryer, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the centrifugal fan.

2、 Characteristics

1. The drying speed is fast. After centrifugal spray, the surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased. In the high-temperature airflow, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time takes more than ten seconds.
2. Parallel flow spray drying is adopted. During the drying process, the temperature of the droplets is not high, and the product quality is good. In the spray drying room, the droplets flow in the same direction as the hot air. Although the temperature of the hot air is high, because the hot air enters the drying room and immediately contacts with the spray droplets, the indoor temperature drops sharply, which does not cause excessive heating of dry materials. It is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials. The temperature of discharged products depends on the exhaust temperature and is lower than the exhaust temperature.
3. Widely applicable. According to the physical properties of the material, it can be dried with hot air or shaped with cold air. A large number of products with significant differences in characteristics can be produced using this machine, including polymers and resins, dyes, color pigments, ceramics, glass, herbicides, insecticides, carbohydrates, dairy products, mixed acids, by-products of slaughterhouses, blood and fish products, detergents and surface cleaning agents, fertilizers, organic compounds, and inorganic compounds.
4. Due to the instantaneous completion of the drying process, the particles of the product can basically maintain a droplet like shape, and the product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility.
5. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. Spray drying is usually used for solvents with a moisture content of 40-60%. Even if the moisture content of special materials is up to 90%, they can be dried into powder products at one time. Most products do not need to be crushed and screened after drying, which reduces the production process, simplifies the production process and provides the purity of products. Within a certain range, the particle size, precision, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.
6. In order to prevent material contamination and extend equipment life, all parts in contact with the material are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material. For ease of operation, the control system adopts integrated operation, that is, indicator devices and opening and closing devices for each component are installed in the control cabinet.
