1. Sample chamber design
The sample chamber is the heart of the Cytopro system, designed for easy operation and ensuring that fragile cells are not damaged during centrifugation.
2. Dual sample port for single sample chamber (SS-113)
Two ports (one on the sample port and one on the channel) can provide greater flexibility. You can directly inject pre wetted (such as physiological saline, etc.) liquid into the second port and then fix it in place, which is simple.
3. Sample chamber cover
You can directly add the sample through the small hole on the sample chamber cover to avoid harmful sample splashing and provide protection for the operator.
4. Dual sample chamber (SS-213)
To improve work efficiency, we designed a dual sample chamber with two samples placed on the same glass slide. It can guarantee the same experimental results as a single sample chamber.
5. Disposable or reusable sample chambers
The Cytopro sample chamber can be used once or cleaned appropriately, sterilized under high pressure, and then reused.
6. Choose a water absorbing pad
For ease of use, we have labeled the absorbent pad with colors to indicate two different absorption rates. White pad (SS-111) can absorb liquids that are thick or contain suspended tissue/cell debris; The brown pad (SS-112) is suitable for absorbing thinner liquids such as CSF. At slower absorption rates, the cell morphology remains intact.

The circular cell precipitation area with a diameter of 7mm makes observation easier and clearer.
8. Pre wetting function
Before centrifugation begins, salt or other liquid can be dripped onto the track port to pre wet the absorption pad.
9. In situ fixation
A common issue with pasteurization is that sample cells will dry out in air. In the process of centrifugal smear, in-situ fixation is a way to avoid this problem. Cytopro's in-situ fixation is simple. Drop a few drops of the sample into the sample port, and then drop a fixative (such as ethanol) into the channel port. When the rotor accelerates, both the fixative and the sample precipitate on the glass slide, and the cells are fixed.
10. Large capacity sample chamber
Easy to load and unload, can hold 6ml sample, 15x21mm square smear area,. The instrument can automatically mix the sample as soon as it is started, and after the operation is completed, it can be absorbed to avoid contamination.
