3、 Installation and usage instructions
This product is usually installed at the head of the irrigation system. The inlet of the filter is connected to the submersible pump 9 through a pipeline and check valve 1, and the outlet is connected to the sand and gravel filter 3 through a pipeline and valve. The ground needs to be hardened before installation; Add a sealing gasket at the flange connection, install a pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the filter, place the filter body steadily, and conduct a pressure test after installation. There should be no water leakage at all connections under rated pressure. The entire head should be installed indoors.
4、 Usage and maintenance instructions
1. Check the condition of the pressure gauge to see if it is working properly.
2. Clean up the sand and soil in the sand tank in a timely manner.
3. When winter comes, it is necessary to drain the accumulated water in the filter to prevent rusting.
4. Collision and throwing should be avoided during loading and unloading transportation.
5. Regularly perform rust prevention treatment on the surface of the filter.
