    • CE membrane dialysis bag: tolerant to pH 2-9, 4-37 ℃, can withstand weak acid and alkali and low concentration strong acid and alkali, compatible with various salts and organic solvents.
    • Biotechnology grade RC membrane dialysis bag: tolerant to pH 2-12, 4-60 ℃, can withstand high concentrations of weak acid and alkali, low concentrations of strong acid and alkali, most alcohols, and mild organic solvents.
    • Standard RC membrane dialysis bag: can withstand pH 2-12 and 4-60 ℃, similar to biotechnology grade RC membrane dialysis bags, but detailed tolerance conditions need to be checked in the general manual.

  4. Selection Techniques
    • Select the appropriate range of molecular weight cutoff based on experimental requirements. When the molecular weight of impurities differs from that of the target substance by more than ten times, choosing a dialysis bag yields better results. If you want to preserve the target substance as much as possible, choose a cut-off molecular weight that is close to the impurity molecular weight; If you want to remove impurities faster, choose a median cut-off molecular weight.
    • Select the appropriate type of dialysis bag based on experimental conditions (such as pH, temperature, solvent, etc.) and the requirements of the sample for pollutants.
  5. Usage
    • Leak detection: After cutting, fill it with pure water and carefully check for any leakage.
    • Sample loading: Determine the sample volume based on the dialysis time, clamp after removing air, observe the water inlet speed, and avoid bursting.
    • Fluid change: It is recommended to change the dialysate at least three times, and perform dialysis for at least 2 hours after the last dialysate change.
    • Storage: After use, rinse with pure water and store in the storage solution. If the dialysis bag is not deformed and does not affect use, it can be reused.
  6. Precautions
    • The limited contact and recommendation of solvents in the general manual refer to the presence of some organic solvents in the sample solution, which are not suitable for dialysate.
    • Dialysis bags with larger molecular weights (50000 and above) are thicker and more brittle, and it is recommended to use nylon dialysis clamps.
    • The sample solution must not contain enzymes that can damage the dialysis bag material, such as cellulases.
    • If the storage solution is turbid, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
    • The flat width generally has an error of ± 3mm.
