Introduction to Electric Furnace Feeding Truck Products
Casting electric furnace feeding truckIt is a vibration feeding device specially designed and developed for casting and melting electric furnaces: this automatic feeding vehicle adopts a vibration feeding method, which is easy to use, stable in feeding, can minimize the impact of material blocks on the furnace body, and the feeding is more in line with the process requirements. The electric furnace feeding truck can be divided into two types based on the direction of travel: one-way straight type and two-way straight type. Unidirectional straight type, each electric furnace is equipped with one feeding truck. Bidirectional straight type, one feeding truck can meet the feeding needs of multiple electric furnaces, and the feeding truck can move horizontally and vertically.
There are two types of driving methods for electric furnace feeding trucks: ordinary motor drive and variable frequency drive.
The loading capacity of electric furnace feeding trucks is divided into specifications such as 1t, 2t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 6t, 8t, 10t, 20t, etc.
Technical characteristics of electric furnace feeding truck
1. Smooth feeding of electric furnace in the form of vibration, with small drop and no splashing of molten iron, fast and convenient.
2. Manual and remote control, mainly based on remote control operation. The control of starting, running, and stopping is simple and accurate.
3. Equipped with emergency stop and over travel protection. The method of using cable reels to retract power cables is stable, convenient, and reliable.
4. This feeding truck is suitable for arranging the material warehouse behind the electric furnace, and can be used interchangeably.
5. The vibration system has a reliable structure, long service life, easy maintenance, and uses excellent rubber springs with lower noise.
6. The tank body and frame adopt special processes, structures, and materials, with reasonable and reliable design, good rigidity, high strength, and long service life.
7. The lower part of the discharge port is designed with heat-resistant steel plate insulation rubber pad to reduce thermal oxidation and corrosion of the discharge port.
8. The car body and material trough are made of double-layer steel plates and sound-absorbing rubber plates, and the inner lining is fixed with countersunk bolts for easy disassembly and replacement.
9. Extend the service life of the electric furnace, reduce the workload of workers, and lower production costs.
