1Capacitive liquid level transmitterOverview
The UYB series liquid level transmitter belongs to the capacitive liquid level detection instrument. It can convert various changes in liquid level parameters into standard current signals, which are remotely transmitted to the operating room for centralized display, alarm or automatic control by secondary instruments or computer devices. Based on the specific process conditions, equipment structure, and usage requirements of users, the flexible combination of materials, structure, and installation methods of the liquid level gauge can be applied to continuous detection of liquid level, material level, or material level under special conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, strong corrosion, easy crystallization, anti blocking, anti freezing, and solid powder, granular materials. It can be widely used for detection and control in various industrial processes. For example, UYB-OA represents a level gauge with sensors directly inserted into atmospheric open containers, which can be used in water towers, reservoirs, oil tanks, tank trucks, reservoirs, sewage treatment, and other places.
UYB-40B, A liquid level gauge that can be used for working under a pressure of less than 4MPa, which can be installed using the existing liquid level gauge on the equipment and led out through a reserved hole for gas-liquid phase. It can be used for liquid level detection in boiler steam drums, deoxygenated water tanks, and most chemical containers, towers, and tanks by using the principle of connecting pipes and external measuring pipes.
UYB-32C, Indicating that it can be used in pressure vessels below 32MPa, the liquid level sensor can be directly installed into the equipment to avoid oil contamination, crystal blockage, and situations where serious false liquid levels occur during external installation due to differential pressure of equipment components, which may prevent normal operation. Mainly suitable for ammonia separator lining and cold exchanger in synthetic ammonia production, alcohol separation tower in methanol production, etc.

UYB-22T refers to liquid level detection instruments with special requirements in pressure vessels with a working pressure below 22MPa, such as strong corrosive media, easily crystallized media, volatile media, low boiling point media, etc., such as strong acid and strong alkali liquid levels in chemical plants, liquid levels in first and second distillation towers in urea production, and liquid levels in copper washing towers and carbonization towers in fertilizer production.

4. Liquid level detection is basically not affected by changes in process conditions. The buoyancy type, differential pressure type, and isotope type level gauges are all related to the importance of the medium in detection, and changes in the density of gas-liquid phase media can cause additional errors in the detection results.
5. Wide applicability: Specially customized according to the specific characteristics of the detection object, it can adapt to liquid level detection under various harsh conditions.

4、 Performance indicators
1. Effective liquid level detection range: 0-1Omm to 0-10m (or arbitrarily determined according to user needs).

5working principle
The detection principle of this liquid level gauge is capacitive conversion type. Its principle: Two parallel plates that are parallel to each other, very close to each other, and insulated from each other form a capacitor. The capacitance of the capacitor changes with the liquid level. The change in capacitance corresponding to the liquid level change is converted into a standard current signal through the transmission circuit, and output to the secondary meter to display the corresponding liquid level height.

In the above formula, 0.885 is the calculation constant, ε is the dielectric constant of the measured medium, △ S is the product of the depth of the medium surface, and d is the distance between the two poles.
In the above formula, the invariant is ignored, and the conversion formula can be simplified as Δ C=Δ S=>Δ C=∏ R2=>Δ C=Δ H, which means that only Δ H causes changes in liquid level, and the change is independent of temperature and pressure.

7、 Wiring
