Calibration service
On site calibration service
Our service aims to ensure that your testing system meets or exceeds relevant standards. Our calibration experts have received necessary training and support on calibration tools and standards to calibrate all of our material testing systems, including electronic universal series, hydraulic universal series, dynamic fatigue series, and specialized testing machines. In addition, we can also help you calibrate and calibrate other brands of testing equipment.

Calibration service重要性
After each major accident, investigators will check each link of the chain of events. The investigation work is meticulous and comprehensive; The investigation includes the calibration records of testing equipment used by manufacturers for producing materials and structures. Regardless of whether it is the direct cause of the accident, the investigation announcement regarding improper inspection management and record keeping will certainly deepen customers' doubts about your quality standards.
It is obvious that the more one understands the calibration and verification methods of experimental equipment, the better prepared one can be to effectively evaluate the qualifications and capabilities of calibration services. However, even basic terms like "verification" and "calibration" leave many people confused.
Verification is actually the process of comparing unknown values with known values. Equipment calibration refers to comparing the output value of the device with the output value of a similar but more accurate device (i.e. "standard"). Taking load sensors as an example, install a set of load sensors to be verified (unknown values) and standard load sensors (known values), and apply a series of loads. Since they are installed in series, the two load sensors should bear the same load and output the same value. The verification result is the deviation between two values, also known as measurement error.
Calibration is the process of evaluating the calibration results based on the expected performance specifications of the equipment. The performance specification specifies the limit of measurement error for the tested equipment. If the measurement error within the load range is less than the specified limit, it indicates that the equipment has been calibrated to meet its performance specifications. If the measurement error exceeds the specified limit, it indicates that the equipment has been calibrated and does not meet its performance specifications. Please note that in both cases, regardless of whether it meets performance specifications, we will consider the device to have been calibrated.
In short, verification is the physical process of comparing the measured values of your equipment with those of standard equipment, while calibration is the analysis process of measurement errors generated by comparing the performance specifications of your equipment. Without first conducting verification, calibration cannot be carried out. The relationship between calibration and verification is so close that they are two inseparable components of the same process.
