1. Power on
2. Press the "Calibrate Bai" button (left side), select "Calibration Method" and "Rough Zhong/Two Points" in the menu, press the "Select Shu" button, the instrument prompts "Do you want to recalibrate now?", press "Yes" to start calibration.
3. The display screen shows "Calibration Step 1: Place the probe on a thick calibration plate or press the next step". According to this prompt, place the probe on a thicker calibration plate (such as a 125um membrane) and adjust the value to the calibrated value of the membrane using the ↑ or ↓ keys. Then press' Settings'.
3. The display screen shows "Calibration Step 2: Place the probe on a thin calibration plate or press the next step". According to this prompt, place the probe on a thinner calibration plate (such as a 25um diaphragm) and adjust the value to the diaphragm calibration value using the ↑ or ↓ keys.
4. At this point, calibration is complete and the instrument will prompt "test". Use a membrane of known thickness for testing. If the reading error is within 3%, it is sufficient. If the error is large, it can be recalibrated again
