Cableway distance measuring and positioning device

The HAD-ELZ-1D-4 cableway distance measuring and positioning instrument (hereinafter referred to as the distance measuring instrument) is developed specifically for the positioning and distance measurement of cableway hydrological flow using high-tech technology. Mainly used for measuring the starting distance and water depth during the operation of hydrological cableways.

1. Overview

The HAD-ELZ-1D-4 cableway distance measuring and positioning instrument (hereinafter referred to as the distance measuring instrument) is developed specifically for the positioning and distance measurement of cableway hydrological flow using high-tech technology. Mainly used for measuring the starting distance and water depth during the operation of hydrological cableways. It has the functions of automatically correcting the sag of the cableway main rope, counting the depth of the lifting rope, pre stopping positioning of the starting distance and measuring point depth, automatic deceleration and parking control signal output, etc. When used for fully automatic flow measurement, it can be equipped with RS485 communication output port and directly connected to the computer for operation. The electrical principle block diagram is shown in Figure 1.

1. Measurement range: Starting distance: -999.9-999.9m

   Depth of entry: -99.99 to 99.99 meters

2. Resolution: Starting point distance of 0.1m, water depth of 0.01m

3. Coefficient error: ＜ ± 1%

4. Correction factor: 0.004-4 (if the factor exceeds the limit, it will be automatically set to 1)

5. Display: 16 × 2 large character LCD display with background light

6. Fixed point setting: The next point distance automatic deceleration and parking parameter can be preset,

   The automatic deceleration and parking parameters for the next water depth measurement point can be preset,

7. Storage: This instrument has a coefficient saving function, which can prevent data loss for a long time

8. Other functions: equipped with water surface signal to automatically set the water depth count to 0.
