Overview

The CYG512 thin pressure sensor is designed specifically for the pressure field distribution on the upper and lower surfaces of ultra-thin models in aerodynamic research and wind tunnels. It is an improved version of CYG511. Especially suitable for the design of working conditions where the radial size of the shrinkage mold is large, the thickness is small, and it cannot or is not easy to dig pits for embedding, and can only be applied to the surface. A thickness of about 1mm reduces its impact on the flow field to a very small extent.

The CYG512 thin pressure sensor is designed specifically for the pressure field distribution on the upper and lower surfaces of ultra-thin models in aerodynamic research and wind tunnels. It is an improved version of CYG511. Especially suitable for the design of working conditions where the radial size of the shrinkage mold is large, the thickness is small, and it cannot or is not easy to dig pits for embedding, and can only be applied to the surface. A thickness of about 1mm reduces its impact on the flow field to a very small extent.

CYG512 uses the same advanced silicon silicon direct bonding pressure sensitive chip as CYG511, which has excellent static mechanical properties. Due to the precision design and processing of the packaging structure, while reducing the total thickness to around 1mm, it greatly reduces the volume of the packaging space for sensitive components and sensors, minimizing the impact of shallow tube cavities on dynamic frequency response. Therefore, it has excellent dynamic characteristics.

The CYG512 standard pressure range is 100, 160, 250, 400, 600, 1000, 1600, 2500, and 4000ka.

CYG512 has two external dimensions: one is thin buckle shaped with a diameter of ф 8 mm and a total thickness of 1.2 mm; the other is thin strip shaped with 6 × 10 × 1mm lead wires that are all 4mm wide, 0.15mm thick, and 1m long flexible leads. The thin buckle is made of stainless steel structure, and the upper surface of the ultra-thin stainless steel film has laser drilled uniformly distributed and spiral shaped intake sieve holes. Thin strip without a top cover, only covered with a very thin silicone protective film at the location where sensitive components are mounted. Users can choose according to their practical working conditions.
