Overview
The CYG508 cylindrical miniature high pressure sensor with a nominal outer diameter of 8mm was originally designed for trauma medicine and implant measurement of high-frequency dynamic high pressure. It is a miniaturized packaged product of the CYG401 high-frequency dynamic pressure sensor. It can also be used for dynamic high-pressure testing applications that require small-sized installation, such as detonation high pressure in small volume reservoirs and oil exploration and fracturing logging.

The CYG508 cylindrical miniature high pressure sensor with a nominal outer diameter of 8mm was originally designed for trauma medicine and implant measurement of high-frequency dynamic high pressure. It is a miniaturized packaged product of the CYG401 high-frequency dynamic pressure sensor. It can also be used for dynamic high-pressure testing applications that require small-sized installation, such as detonation high pressure in small volume reservoirs and oil exploration and fracturing logging.
The pressure sensitive components of CYG508 are designed and manufactured using advanced MEMS technology, and adopt a series of authorized patented technologies such as back flush pressure bearing and non lumen packaging. Therefore, it has a natural frequency of up to several hundred kilohertz and a rise time as fast as sub microseconds, ensuring the requirements of high-frequency dynamic pressure testing. The small package size meets the requirements of special environmental conditions. If there are dynamic requirements above 6Mpa, attention should be paid to its structural installation strength
The CYG508 miniature high pressure sensor is available in gauge pressure (below 2Mpa) or sealed gauge pressure (above 2Mpa) mode. It has a standard small cylindrical shape and a derivative threaded installation type, as shown in the external drawing.
The standard range of CYG508 is 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 40, 60Mpa, and other ranges need to be negotiated and specially determined.
CYG508 is suitable for any gas or liquid medium compatible with silicon, glass, stainless steel, and epoxy resin adhesives.
