Overview

The micro pressure sensor with a nominal outer diameter of 8mm is designed specifically for aerodynamic research on flow field distribution, and is particularly suitable for experimental conditions with thick or hollow model sizes. The traditional method of using capillary tubes to extract pressure and scanning valves for inspection measures the steady-state flow field distribution due to the loss of capillary frequency response. The method of directly arranging micro sensors on site can obtain accurate dynamic flow field distribution.

The micro pressure sensor with a nominal outer diameter of 8mm is designed specifically for aerodynamic research on flow field distribution, and is particularly suitable for experimental conditions with thick or hollow model sizes. The traditional method of using capillary tubes to extract pressure and scanning valves for inspection measures the steady-state flow field distribution due to the loss of capillary frequency response. The method of directly arranging micro sensors on site can obtain accurate dynamic flow field distribution.

The pressure sensitive components of CYG507 are designed and manufactured using advanced MEMS technology. The force sensitive structure and layout design using CAD technology have optimized the mechanical model, double island membrane structure (low and micro pressure), and beam membrane island composite structure (ultra micro pressure), enabling the pressure sensitive element to achieve a unified combination of low range, high sensitivity, and excellent linearity. Stress complementary design and stress free micro packaging technology have achieved good stability under range.

CYG507 is a differential pressure gauge type, with two shapes: probe type and threaded installation type. The probe type product has an outer diameter of 6mm for ranges above 2.5kpa and 8mm for ranges below 2.5kpa, with a length of 18mm. The thread of the threaded type is M10 × 1. Please refer to the attached diagram for the appearance.

CYG507 uses sensitive components to withstand pressure on the back, so it has excellent medium compatibility. CYG507 adopts a nearly flush and non luminal packaging design, therefore it has excellent dynamic characteristics, and the available frequency can reach over 1000Hz even for varieties with a minimum range of 500pa.

The optional ranges of CYG507 are 0.5, 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 10, 16, and 25kpa.
