CXM series efficient ultra-fine grinding

This machine has been developed based on foreign powder grinding processing technology and combined with our factory's independent innovation achievements to improve the processing technology.
It has a more reasonable design, more convenient use, more stable operation, and more outstanding effect than conventional horizontal sand mills.
① Good mechanical sealing, no water leakage or material leakage;
② The pipeline connection between the grinding drum and the circulation pump adopts suction filtration method, which changes the traditional pressure filtration method. The advantage of this is that it reduces the pressure inside the grinding drum, effectively protecting the normal operation of the mechanical seal and eliminating the phenomenon of slurry blockage at the filter port;
③ The grinding efficiency is high. The slurry enters the grinding bucket and is evenly dispersed throughout the entire grinding space through a dispersing disk, where it undergoes high-speed collision and grinding. Through multiple cycles of pump operation, the material meets the user's requirements. The grinding fineness of this machine can reach below 0.5 microns;
④ Less grinding medium is used and a larger amount is processed.
This machine is suitable for various powder processing industries, especially for materials with high fineness requirements or difficult crushing, and has good crushing effect. The matching storage bucket can be customized according to user requirements.
