CXDU series continuous horizontal vacuum belt filter

CXDU horizontal vacuum belt filter is a new type of highly automated filtration equipment. The machine uses filter cloth or filter screen as the medium to horizontally arrange the slurry on top of the filter medium, fully utilizing the gravity and vacuum suction of the slurry to achieve solid-liquid separation. 2、 Technical characteristics of the equipment:

(1) The circular rubber drainage belt adopts an advanced manufacturing process of one-time vulcanization molding for both the belt body and groove, with high tensile strength and long service life.

(2) There is a circular friction belt between the vacuum box and the tape, which is sealed and lubricated with water to maintain a high vacuum degree and reduce the friction of the rubber belt.

(3) Vacuum drainage adopts free drop type (high-level drainage) and automatic drainage type (zero position drainage) to meet the requirements of various working conditions.

(4) The overall structure adopts modular design, which can be flexibly assembled and is convenient for transportation and installation.

(5) The control system applies DCS technology and can achieve on-site and remote automatic control.
