Product Introduction

A hot air circulation oven uses steam, thermal oil, or electricity as heat sources, and uses an axial flow fan for forced blowing to continuously circulate the hot air inside the box. The major advantage of this device is that most of the hot air circulates inside the box and adopts a drum hot air drying method, greatly saving energy and accelerating the drying speed. The hot air circulation oven has a wide range of applications and can dry various materials, making it a universal drying equipment.

Heating sources include steam, electricity, far-infrared, and electric steam for users to choose from;
◎ Operating temperature: Steam heating at 50-140oC, up to 150oC;
◎ Electricity usage, far-infrared temperature range of 50-350oC;
Equipped with automatic control system and computer control system for users to choose from;
Common steam pressure is 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kg/m2);
◎ Equipped with electric heating, calculated according to Type I, 15KW, practical 5-8kw/h;
Special requirements shall be specified at the time of ordering;
◎ Non standard oven price negotiable;
◎ If the operating temperature is greater than 140oC or less than 60oC, it should be specified when ordering;
Our factory has uniform sizes for drying cars and plates, which can be interchanged;
