CQF type magnetic drive pump

The CQF type small magnetic drive pump is an energy-saving new product that relies on magnetic couplings to transmit power. It eliminates traditional shaft seals and couplings, turning complex dynamic seals into reliable static seals, eliminating the phenomena of shaft filling running, emitting, dripping, and leaking. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, dyes, papermaking, metallurgy, power, and chemicals.
According to the different requirements of users for conveying media, our factory produces three forms of magnetic drive pumps.
(1) The CQFS series is made of perfluoroplastic reinforced alloy (with a power of 2.2KWC GH).
(2) The overcurrent components of the CQB series that come into contact with liquids are all made of stainless steel. (Power below 37KW).
(3) The pump body is lined with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy, and the impeller, pump cover, etc. are pressed with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy (power below 37KW).
These three forms of pumps, due to the use of different materials, have expanded their function. Has good resistance to solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid. This series of pumps is designed according to the international standard ISO2858, and all components have sufficient safety factors, so it can meet the requirements of high pressure and large flow, with a maximum flow of 50m3/h, The maximum lift is 80m.
