Product Overview:

Magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) usually consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power, completely leak free. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor without mechanical contact to transmit torque. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, so there is no leakage at all.
The CQ series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s. The form and basic parameters of the CQ series magnetic pump are equivalent to the JB/T7742-95 "Small Magnetic Transmission Centrifugal Pump" standard, which complies with the Q/BTB01-2001 "Magnetic Transmission Centrifugal Pump" enterprise standard.
The CQ series magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc. It is an ideal equipment for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable, and various corrosive liquids. It is suitable for conveying suction pressure not exceeding 0.2Mpa, maximum working pressure of 1.6Mpa, and temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. A liquid without hard particles, fibers, or magnetic substances with a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3 and a viscosity not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/s.
