CORRDATA remote data collector (RDC's) is suitable for fields that require maximum visibility and sensitivity to changes in corrosion rate. The reading frequency for corrosion data and temperature data can usually be set to 5 minutes (RDC-COT) or 30 minutes (RDC-CAT).

Through an independent CORRDATA ® Mate (CDM) or Mate II data collector can program and set all RDC's and download data from RDC's. Data can be directly transferred to portable or desktop computers and processed by CORRDATA ® Plus software is used for calculation and processing. In situations where there are no intrinsic safety requirements, the computer can be directly connected to RDC's for setup.

For probes that do not require regular monitoring, CORRDATA can be used regularly ® Mate II directly measures probe readings, with the same effect as RDC's.

In order to enhance the functionality of the CORRDATA remote data collector, the Communication Power Module (CPM's) provides a wide range of power inputs and remote communication options, including battery, solar, or line power inputs. By using cellular or wired communication, operators can remotely download data from RDCs without leaving the office.

ORRDATA ® The Plus software provides graphical display of corrosion data, which can quickly analyze the process of corrosion changes. Through CORRDATA based on Windows 98/2000/XP operating system ® Plus window, which can simultaneously monitor multiple probes and other corrosion related parameters, such as those from CORROTEMP ® The temperature of the probe, etc.
