COD reflux digestion instrument

The standard microcrystalline COD digester uses a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube and air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling. The cooling part is mainly completed by a burr condenser tube and a fan. The upper part of the condenser tube is spherical, and the catalyst is added from here to prevent the instantaneous evaporation of light components in the sample. The lower part is "burr" shaped, with three opposing spherical condenser tubes extending from the condenser tube wall on a plane. In addition, the dual effect of cooling water and fan in the upper spherical reflux tube ensures the reflux cooling of the sample.

The COD reflux digestion instrument adopts imported microcrystalline panels. The panel is a high-temperature resistant microcrystalline board that can withstand 800 ℃, with uniform heating on the surface and fast heating and cooling rates. The heating part uses a new type of imported high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber heating plate. The bottom plate and surrounding heat loss of the digester are small, and the heating and thermal conductivity are uniform, resulting in higher thermal efficiency.

1. Microcrystalline panels are flat, smooth, and easy to clean; If the surface is contaminated, simply wipe it dry with a cloth to reduce damage to the instrument caused by improper operation.

2. The new type of glass burr reflux tube and heat dissipation system ensures the parallelism and accuracy of sample digestion results due to its excellent digestion reflux effect.

4. Digital display of digestion time: The digestion time is between 0-180 minutes.

5. After digestion is complete, the instrument automatically stops heating, the heating indicator light goes out, and there is a prompt sound. The fan cools the sample for digestion. After a delay of 120 minutes, it automatically stops and the cooling indicator light goes out.

6. Energy and water conservation, safety and reliability have improved the work efficiency of operators.

The COD reflux digestion instrument mainly consists of four parts: the body, reflux tube, fan, and microcrystalline heating plate. It uses microcomputer PID technology to control the heating of the electric furnace plate and fan in a timed manner, and can simultaneously heat six conical flask reflux devices. The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD calculation of the instrument follow the (HJ828-2017) dichromate method. For COD water samples below 50mg/L, the accuracy can be improved by diluting the titrant and oxidant. For COD water samples above 700mg/L, the determination can be completed by diluting the water sample proportionally.

Instructions for using COD reflux digestion instrument:

1. Connect the power, press the power switch, and enter the welcome interface after the self-test is successful.

2. Click on any position on the welcome screen to enter the parameter selection interface, where you can select the desired method program.

3. After clicking on the corresponding menu taskbar, enter the parameter settings interface. If you need to adjust a parameter, click to activate the parameter taskbar and use the up and down arrow keys on the right side of the interface to increase or decrease the parameter value.

4. After completing the task settings or adjustments, click the "Save" button to save the current method. Use the up and down arrow keys to select a method to store the location.

5. Click the "Apply" button to use the current method program for digestion, click the "Confirm" button to wait for the program to start, and enter the loading and unloading digestion tank interface.

6. Enter the loading and unloading digestion tank interface. The indicated position on the interface is the filling position facing the furnace door; Click the "dial" button on the screen or press the dial function button on the side door to move the digestion tank one by one; You can also directly click on the desired tank point position to rotate the turntable to the corresponding position; After completion, click the "Exit" button to enter the waiting startup interface.

7. Press the "Start" function button on the side door to enter the program running interface.

8. After digestion is complete, open the furnace door and remove the digestion tank. After cooling to room temperature on the cooling machine, the digestion tank can be unscrewed.

9. After the digestion tank is used for the day, it must be disassembled and rinsed with clean water until there is no sour taste. Dry or wipe dry for later use.

10. Pay attention to the degree of aging of the elastomer. If the aging is severe, use is prohibited.

11. You can only leave after the site has been organized.

12. Regular maintenance and upkeep shall be carried out by dedicated personnel, and maintenance and upkeep records shall be established.
