COD analyzer, COD detector, COD analyzer - [KNF-501]The equipment launched by Kenafu Technology is mainly used for online monitoring of COD in fixed pollution sources such as sewage discharge, industrial wastewater discharge, and aquaculture wastewater discharge. It adopts independent specialized technology and a specially designed "high-temperature and high-pressure closed digestion device technology" to improve the reliability and temperature accuracy of "high-temperature and high-pressure closed digestion", thereby improving the digestion efficiency of organic matter (the digestion rate of glutamic acid reaches 100%), making actual water sample testing more accurate.

The working principle of KNF-501COD analyzer adopts rapid digestion of potassium dichromate and spectrophotometry technology. Under strong acid conditions, potassium dichromate is used as the oxidant, sulfate ions as the catalyst, and mercury sulfate as the masking agent. After high-temperature and high-pressure digestion of the sample, the absorbance of trivalent chromium is measured at a wavelength of 600nm and converted into the corresponding concentration value.
