CMT7.4 Mining Intrinsic Safety Anchor Cable Non destructive Testing Instrument Product Principle
Based on the theory of elastic waves, in the system composed of anchor rods, mortar, and surrounding rock, acoustic stress waves are emitted from the top of the anchor rod and propagate outwards through the rod body, reflecting and transmitting at the interfaces between the anchor rod and mortar, and between the mortar and surrounding rock. In the anchoring system, when the anchor rod, mortar, and surrounding rock are densely grouted, most of the energy is transmitted to the surrounding rock due to the small difference in wave impedance. Only a small portion of the energy is reflected back; When the mortar is not poured tightly, voids appear in the mortar, and different degrees of wave impedance interfaces will appear at the voids, manifested as the superposition of emission signals with different intensities in the original signal. Based on the location of the mutation point and the strength of the reflected signal, the anchoring quality of the anchor rod can be determined and analyzed.
The detection of anchor rod length is based on the emission time of acoustic stress waves and the input of normal wave velocity parameters of the same type of anchor rod to calculate the rod length.
